2013 Event Coverage
The Digital Shootout is a week-long event for underwater photographers who want to advance their shooting and post processing skills. It's a fast-track bootcamp for image makers that have the passion and motivation to take his/her photography to the next level, combined with diving in tropical locales. It's the ultimate vacation! It's the world's greatest learning event for underwater imaging!
Bonaire is consistently named one of the best dive destinations, and for good reason. Year-round, tropical climate with healthy reefs and visibility as far as the eye can see make Bonaire a diver's paradise (if you don't believe me, check out their license plates!)... and again, our host for the 2013 Digital Shootout. Sixty participants from 5 different countries and twenty staff members descended upon The Divi Flamingo Dive Resort ready to dive and photograph the tiniest critters to the multi-hued, pristine reefscapes and everything in between. The Digital Shootout is all about learning and fun! Whether you are new to underwater photography or want to improve upon your techniques, it all happens here!
