The FCP-1 is Nauticam’s latest addition to their wide angle water contact optics. The FCP-1 is perfect for anyone looking for a full frame zoomable fisheye lens. The only way to get a similar result is to use a Canon 8-15mm or Nikon 8-15mm with a teleconverter but this setup has a much narrower zoom range. The FCP-1 uses many of the same lenses that you would use with the WACP or WWL line. This includes the 28-60mm Sony and Canon 24-50mm and Nikon 24-50mm. The converted field of view with the Sony is 170-74° giving you an incredible zoom range with an ultra wide optic. You are also able to use lenses up to 14mm for circular fisheye images. The FCP-1 port shade is easily removed for circular images or creative lighting. Similar to the WACP lineup the FCP-1 is a dry mount optic functioning as both a port and optical lens. The FCP-1 can focus from its front element to infinity in-water allowing for extremely close-focus fish-eye shooting.
